Package not downloading correctly? #42

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Download apk using barcode scanner
2.First package was 27.28kb.  Declared corrupt, couldn't install
3.Second try, package was 26.90kb. Declared corrupt couldn't install.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Moto Droid phone, 2.1 os.

Please provide any additional information below.
I understand this may be some issue unrelated to chrometophone, but I 
thought I'd report it anyway in case it's not.
