Doesn't start Maps Navigation #58

When you plot a route or want to start a navigation the phone opens maps and 
not Maps Navigation.

Same here - yet the 'foxtophone' extension surprisingly does work. All of this 
using 
Linux, specifically Ubuntu 10.04

v0.3 of the extension has improvements. Maps will always be launched for 
directions; navigation button is presented on that screen.
