Many lab members have created some kind of signal masking script for their own data, so it would be nice to have a single, generalized notebook in ark to do this.

Create a general masking notebook in ark to create masks from a single (or composite) channel tiff.
Implement the channel masking function from the TNBC repo and any related useful utility functions.

Keep reinventing the wheel.
