What is the purpose of this PR?

@kxleow would like to verify if turning off row sum normalization will help with running a MALDI slide through Pixie.

How did you implement your changes

Add a flag rowsum_norm that defaults to True but can be set to False in the notebook.

Remaining issues

This feature will not be merged if the results end up looking worse.
