About a year ago, an updated Rosetta matrix was tuned on the TNBC data. This was needed due to an Ionpath update which required extreme multipliers on the old matrix to denoise. This matrix used to be handed off on an as-needed basis, but since it has been successfully used on multiple different types of tissues and all 3 commercial instruments at Angelo Lab, it's safe to put into the repo.
How did you implement your changes
Add the matrix to files with the _v2 suffix, and adjust the path in 4a_compensate_image_data.ipynb accordingly.
