shows this upon trying to run, then says access denied in cmd
even when running with java -jar ---
it is probably saying this because i am on a very old version of windows 10 because it is partially corrupted and unable to update. I'd have to reinstall windows probably. I was just wondering since the last version before the current one did not have this issue so something might have changed that makes it only work on newer windows version.
