AgeEffectValue -> ResearchEffectValue AgeEffect -> ResearchEffect Age -> ResearchEffectGroup

Looks good. We should probably rename the module and the functions in it too, but I don't think that should block merging this.

I'll try and get on IRC tomorrow.
