Tech report writing based on feedbacks #5

I think it is the best if we use this repo to finish the tech report writing and in the end after the code has been refactored and report done editing, we should create a public repo for code hosting.

Currently, I think the report is almost good for submission. Early this week after another round of proofreading, we can already send it over to Godde and Jaeger for feedbacks.
