A white vertical line in the middle of screen!

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. install ulipad.4.1.py27.exe in Windows 7 Home Base SP1
2. run the ulipad.exe
3. notice that in the middle of the IDE screen, there is a WHITE VERTICAL line 
with about one pixel wide, and I can't(or don't know how to) remove it by any 
configuration!

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
