Convert edf to csv #1

Hi angie, may i know how did u convert dataset from sleep edf expanded physionet from edf file to csv? Cause currently i'm struggling with that, cause each subject have almost 8 million data

Hi Nana, I utilized the functions from this repository and performed all the conversions in MATLAB. Have you come across this repository before? In my case, I had to modify some of the functions to get them to work properly. If you'd like, I can also share the .csv data for 2 nights from 10 subjects. Thanks for the information! I have come across that repository before but unfortunately i don't have MATLAB. I'd really appreciate it if you could share the .csv data file.

I can't see your email address, but I'll leave you a link to the .zip file in drive. You'll find a .csv file with the EEG (fpz), EMG, EOG signals, and a .txt file with related information and the hypnogram for each subject of Cassette database.
