How to post my own translation #3

I'm sorry, but I can't find another contact to project admins. 

Here is my problem: I'd like to add new translation (to the Czech) - how can I 
do it? Should I mail to some address and ask for contributing, or should I send 
translated files ZIPped to anyone...?

Sure - very much appreciated! If you plan to add the translated texts in 
several incremental steps I can create a contributor account for you. Let me 
know fo which email address (if you don't want to post it here just send it to 
mario.heiderich@gmail.com).
