multiple embeds

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.having a friend upload a video from his youtube channel
2. using different browsers
3.Checking the moderation panel

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

I get two different embeds for the same playlist when I firefox and chrome. 
Also nothing is showing up in the pending and I've had it uploaded three times 
on both source codes

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
newest version. windows 7

I'm not sure what you mean by "two different embeds". Could you provide a 
specific example or a screenshot?

Also, if you're not seeing a video show up in the Pending screen, could you 
provide the video id and the playlist id?
