Implement new config flow #22

🚨 TODOs before merging this:

[x] Add translation strings (shows variable names now)
[x] Better error handling for fetching authentication code
[x] Need this PR from pyfreshintellivent (has a small breaking change)
[x] Update manifest to reflect new version when published.

This PR implements a new config flow:

Manual input (already supported)
No code (already supported, but before you had to leave an empty string when asked for auth code)
Automatically fetch auth code (new)

@angoyd Might be that Black/Flake8 is a bit strict. If so, we can change it a bit. I had to do something about it in pyfreshintellivent: https://github.com/LaStrada/pyfreshintellivent/blob/main/setup.cfg Not sure if that will work here, since it's a completely different setup.
