Support for openSUSE #442

Hi, I recently wanted to use this script on my openSUSE Leap 15.4 VPS, but I saw that it wasn't supported so I decided to fork the project and attempt to add support myself.

This is the fork: https://github.com/sur4y/wireguard-install

For me, the script works just as well as it did for me on Ubuntu Server a few days ago. If there are any changes to be made for this PR to be merged, please let me know. If not, that's fine too. I saw a closed issue about openSUSE support not being planned, but I still wanted to ask as I got the script to work on my machine.

it is working on opensuse. Im also use opensuse and add support for opensuse. i have make a pull rewuests a few months a go but nothing happend.. if you want wireguard for opensuse check this https://github.com/landaal-ict/wireguard-install when angristan acsept the request you can get it here
