Ubuntu 🐧Subshell #8

Whilst Ubuntu is included in the Windows-Sift, I'd argue due to performance issues under WSL, that for now a standalone SIFT VM would be best for the full tools required.

With that said, the bash functions could be useful.

Will consolidate GUI and tools first.
