We want a virtual serial port that the IRVE UART uses

Agreed, this is a very clean way to allow for user input.

As discussed at the meeting today, by designing around easily-changable file descriptors will make this quite easy to implement!

We might want to make this a general utility similar to the loaders. This would be very useful to test UART communication stuff for projects other than just IRVE
