Improve project appearance to newcomers #38

We need to improve our organization page and wiki home page a bit to be a bit cleaner and point to key information.

Some brief summaries would be a good idea as well.

Additionally it would be good to make readmes more friendly per #20.

I made some progress on this front today by improving the main organization readme. I don't feel right about closing this until readmes are improved for at least LETC and RVSW.
