Downloaded the latest version 3.9.1 for windows and cannot run #401

Downloaded latest version for Windows 3.9.1 EXE installer. Installed but cannot run the application.

Error Could not find or load main class net.azib.ipscan.Main

Same problem, but I know what is causing it. Crowdstrike Falcon is blocking then removing the app. Falcon and another anti-virus, anti-ransomware program believe 3.9.1 has a malicious download as part of the package.
