MAC Vendor db out of date #428

Describe the bug MAC database woefully out of date

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Connect new Cisco switch(es) to network
  2. Scan LAN with AngryIP configured to show MAC address and Vendor fields
  3. Correct MAC address is shown
  4. n/s is shown for MAC vendor despite it being Cisco

Expected behavior I would expect your MAC db to stay up to date since it's an open db
