Option to show only clients with MAC addresses #98

Sometimes, clients won't respond to pings, but you'll still know they're on the network because their MAC addresses manifest. But Angry IP Scanner has no way to filter out all the unused IPs and keep only the present ones. It either displays all of the possible IPs on the network ("All scanned hosts") or only hosts that respond to pings ("Alive hosts"). There needs to be an in-between option to see the present hosts, not just the ones that respond to ping and not every address in the subnet.

I second this! When I first used this program I immediately switched on the setting to show only alive hosts. But I noticed that there were a lot of hosts missing for some reason. After switching back to show everything, I noticed that they didn't respond to ping, but still showed the MAC address. It's very irritating that I can either see a massive list with 90% unneded row or a small list that lacks a lot of devices that are there but not pinged.

But the fact that this request is more than 1.5 years old...
