Hi @spargle please create the PR once you feel the language is ready for the list (check other languages to see the kind of languages that are usually added). I'm not able to constantly track to progress of the language. (I'll close this PR for now)

Regarding the description "Simple language with odd functionality" it is too broad (that is basically the definition of an esolang 😆)

Try to use a more specific description that shows why your language is interesting, unique and awesome. Remember that people will read through the list that contains a lot of languages an probably won't click on a language unless the description is interesting to them.
