Planned enhancement for grading may not meet user's needs #2

This planned enhancement mentions that users should be able to set an assignment's grade to 0, so that they may set the assignment to be ungraded. However, it is possible that a student may receive an actual 0 grade (e.g. missing submission) and therefore the TAs will not be able to tell if an assignment is ungraded or actually assigned a 0 grade. Thus, I feel that this feature needs to further differentiate between these two situations.
