Adds support for some of the graphics used in the S.A.G.A. (Scott Adams Graphic Adventures) releases of the Scott Adams games. The bitmap formats used by Apple 2, Atari 8-bit, IBM PC and Commodore 64 are supported. Not yet supported are the line drawing graphics of the earlier releases or the tile-based graphics of Return to Pirate's Isle.
