How to edit messages that show up in Twitch Chat?

If you mean the messages SRM produces, most (but not all atm) can be edited in Userdata\streamcore\srmcommands.ini

linksonglink = %songName% %songSubName%/%levelAuthor% %Rating% (%version%) %PP% https://beatsaver.com/beatmap/%id%

for example, you can edit the songlink to fix an issue with the changes to new Beatsaver. if this isn't what you mean, please clarify, and I'll try and address it.

Being able to edit all messages that the bot outputs (like the too many songs requested message) would be awesome, especially for localization.

Would be great to be able to edit all messages. The message that gets printed when removing a song isnt and as proven can easily get you banned from twitch if someone requests a song that contains "age", swear words or other banable things in it.
