Update plugin to Nx 13 #89

Hi everyone,

this plugin uses nx v11. Nx v13 has been released with Angular 13 last week. It would be great if this plugin receives that update. Happy to help out and create a PR :) What do you think @manfredsteyer?

Seems like it has been resolved with commit b6ef483c7722c0e86d4ecbfac9ac432c258d3d92
