use one directive for template & reactive forms
sync values to store via VALUE_CHANGED action
sync form status to store (touched,dirty,pristine,enabled) via STATUS_CHANGED action
sync validity to store (valid,errors) via VALIDITY_CHANGED action
allow setting sync debounce via @Input("connectDebounce")
sync initial form state if no data is in the store via INIT action
enable binding FormArray for reactive forms via formbuilder factory @Input("connectArrayFactory")

This does currently no address the connectArray directive.

Are there any unit tests planned on this?

I spent some time trying to get the current tests working, no success. Need to find some time again.
