Just adding this will allow developers who are using Angular 1.13 beta releases to work with angular-ui/bootstrap.

I think that having some pre-releases here will be beneficial.

@xfalcox thnx but opening a pull request directly to this repo is not the way to go. What would work is to have an automatic script that would automatically publish updates from the main repo.

Closing this PR as we don't want to maintain this repo "by hand".
