Collapse too slow #6487

Hi Guys,

I've been facing some issues with the performance of collapsable components. Either the collapse and accordion are too slow in the uib-* versions. At least for me, the decrease of performance are incredible. I changed to 0.12.0 version and works smoothly. I tested your directives of your samples and I'm getting the same slow behavior.
