Now I understand what publish.js is for :-)

I should give it a try for this and this. The latter one could be of interest for many others. It's a clone of jsoneditoronline.org with native schema support from which the context menu is populated from. Though there are still performance issues and nothing to be discussed in depth in this issue's thread.

@slopjong I might split my publishing system in the future to be usable out of angular-ui projects (I have no idea when I will have the time for it...)
