Gives me this:

bower ECMDERR Failed to execute "git ls-remote --tags --heads git://github.com/angular/bower-angular.git", exit code of #128

... Might be a bower/git/sudo issue.

What's the output of

git ls-remote --tags --heads git://github.com/angular/bower-angular.git
