Fullcalendar 2.1 is officially out of beta and ready for prime time! https://github.com/arshaw/fullcalendar/releases

If no one will start working on a pull request in the next week I'll start doing it myself

Is there any progress on this request? There are many bug&fixes and improvements in v2.1.1.
