drag n drop does not update UI correctly #322

Sorry if I cannot describe the problem correctly, hopefully the screenshot will be obvious. This happens when using the mouse to change the event date.

Same problem on firefox (iceweasel) v38.2.1 and google chrome 45.0.2454.85 (64-bit).

Same issue with Safari 9.0 and Chrome 45.0.2454
