upgrade to Angular 16 and Node 18 #49

Hello,

Today I started the NgRx entity section of the ngrx-course and I found out that the "1-auth-finished" branch isn't working with Angular 16.

With these changes now everything seems working ok. Tested on Angular 16 with Node 18.17.
