Description

• When creating angular applications, latest stable dependencies should be pulled from NPM
• However, when creating angular 12 application, version of jasmine-spec-reporter is 5.0.2 when it should be 6.0.0

🔬 Minimal Reproduction

• (Optional) Create global angular config file to use yarn package manager if not present. cat ~/.angular-config.json
