Add Angular2 webpack internationalization example #2676

Hi. I am using Angular2, webpack2, ngrx to build my app. And I need to support Internationalization(i18n). Can you please add an example for this..

Same here, the Systemjs examples are kinda useless since the current trend is to use webpack...
