More details on withCredentials #3516

The current docs aren't very detailed about what withCredentials does. When we had this issue it was very hard to find what we needed to do. If the details are added it's more likely to turn up in a search.

Current description:

This comment explains it better: https://angular.io/docs/ts/latest/api/http/index/RequestOptions-class.html#!#withCredentials-anchor XMLHttpRequest.withCredentials Is a Boolean that indicates whether or not cross-site Access-Control requests should be made using credentials such as cookies or authorization headers. The default is false. Note: This never affects same-site requests.
