Update readme with what is the new alternative to use since this is deprecated and remove or update dead link in readme

It would be a nice to have recommendation of what to use for an angularjs project, since this repo is deprecated and also the angular2 link at the bottom of read me is dead: https://github.com/angular/angular/tree/master/modules/%40angular/router
