webdriver-manager is not working for the latest chrome #414

I'm unable to get an updated chrome driver after 2.9, so I had to manually download and overwrite the chrome driver exe file in the destination folder.

This should work now with 12.1.7. Just released... Please check what version you are using of webdriver-manager.
