♻️Allow custom units to set UnitInfo.QuantityName

Fixes #1418

• Make UnitInfo ctor public, to accept quantity name for custom units
• Add null checks to ctors, and require quantity name in ctor that takes one
• Mark ctor without quantity name obsolete
