Introduced exclude specific event action. #100

Functionality is to have the ability to exclude specific event action from not being tracked by have an array of events actions(excludeEventsAction) which need to be excluded from tracking which can be set from " $analyticsProvider.settings.ga.excludeEventsAction" if not set it's an empty.

Sorry, this kind of change would need to be made upstream on the Angulartics project itself. We're not going to support it on our plugin.
