Google Adwords provider? #242

I'm submitting a ... [ ] bug report [ X ] feature request [ ] question about the decisions made in the repository

Is there a provider for Google AdWords? If not, this would be a great addition to the providers list.

@magnattic Google Adwords is a Google service, but could probably pass through the GTM or GST provider. To my knowledge, it's just events with specifics additional properties.
