Well, this repository is a good idea and needed in many projects ... but ...
what is important for me / us:
it would be great if there is no need to many update the index.html
why? why not?
especially the multi environment is something you can give to the community out of the box.
and also special setting like "cookieless" etc. is something you can give the folk out of the box.
Especially for my projects (private) / our projects (business) we want to use matomo tracking (formally known piwik) but only in a GDPR safe way, and it would be great that the knowledge (about gdpr and e-privacy) is not need in the developers head but in the lib.
