Non-english data? - Githubissues

Hi, can anyone confirm if the library can be used for other languages than english? To be more specific

is the blocking step language independent (I suppose no because of low level NLP tasks like sentence splitting, tokenisation)
is the matching step language independent (I suppose yes because it looks like the features are derived using string similarity)

It would be nice to get a quick answer before I dive into the examples and try them out...
