Pull changes from RIT branch #82

Need to pull in the changes from RIT branch. Specifically, the following needs to be pulled in

  1. inclusion of xgboost as one of the matchers.
  2. addition of returnprobs to predict command
  3. parallelizing cross validation
  4. bug fix in simfunctions.py
