Added profiling documentation and data exploration wrappers. #83

This branch adds documentation for profiling with pandas-profiling. The documentation explains how to install and use pandas-profiling to help with profiling while using magellan.

Wrappers for the data exploration tools OpenRefine and pandastable are also added. The wrappers allow for these two tools to be used easily within the entity matching workflow with magellan. The documentation explains how to install and use both OpenRefine and pandastable.
