did not get folder #64

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Download app
2. Enter app
3. Plug into pc and try moving Rom into folder

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Nothing

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Android

In cellphone app i can find the folder, but on pc dont appears.... pls help
