PW4 on VNPT can't load svg world map of Realtime Map, Visitor Map is OK #24

There're 2 world.svg files requested and both returned OK. Browser is smart enough cache cross-domain content?

This can be caused by wrong setting of PIWIK_URL in pw_x.yml, start.sh script of pw modify SettingsPiwik. Removed this for now.
