Segment doesn't work on VNPT, while VT is OK #38

For THVL, segment works fine for both single CDN and RollUp, while on VNPT, no data show up.

When remove below config from VNPT PW5 config file, segment archive is calculated and show up. When add this back, archive data disappear. For PW5 on VT, add config back up but data still there:

browser_archiving_disabled_enforce = 1
