Update jQuery Mobile and PhoneGap to 2.x #89

Libraries are obsolete.

Please update jQuery Mobile 1.2.0 and PhoneGap 2.1.0.

BTW, could you host your code to GitHub?
If you do, I could contribute code by pull request easily.

I'm busy with other things, but I'll try to get to the update in the next few 
weeks.

I actually started the project on GitHub, but moved to svn when I wasn't able 
to integrate the Eclipse Installer with GitHub.
