problem reading dat file #2

Hello! I will try to keep this short. been trying to build on windows, reading the binary(basel.dat) file works well till I get to read an array of chars BaselFace_segbin. been trying to work it out with a hex editor, I would love to know the values before binarizing of BaselFace_wparts_h and BaselFace_wparts_w(I am getting wparth 1051646152 and wpartw 938887512 those values are obviously wrong), thanks again :).
